Fit.Done.Well. offers fitness coaching, wellness programs, nutrition consultations, meal preparation services, digital programs, physical fitness products, group training, retreats, and memberships. All offerings are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
Descriptions of programs and services on our website are provided in good faith. Results from our programs vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services or products from Fit.Done.Well. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Minors may participate in programs only with written parental or guardian consent.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Fit.Done.Well. does not store credit card information on its servers.
For subscription-based memberships, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Cancellation must be requested at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.
Digital programs (e.g., Fit Without Gym, Atomic Daily Habits, Master Your Metabolism) are sold as one-time purchases granting lifetime access to the content as it exists at the time of purchase. Future updates to program content may be included at our discretion. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or program content with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Memberships (Fit.4.Ever., Well.4.Real., Love.4.Life.) may require an application process and are limited in availability. Membership grants access to designated programs and benefits as described on the membership page at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days' notice. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and program materials — is the exclusive property of Fit.Done.Well. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.
