At Fit.Done.Well., we are committed to providing high-quality fitness, wellness, and lifestyle programs and services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
All digital programs (including but not limited to Fit Without Gym, Atomic Daily Habits, and Master Your Metabolism) are non-refundable once purchased and access has been granted. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds after access has been provided.
We encourage you to review the program descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. If you have questions about a program prior to purchase, please contact us at fitdonewell@gmail.com.
Monthly Memberships (Fit.4.Ever., Well.4.Real., Love.4.Life.): Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your membership at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a membership period.
Annual Memberships: Annual membership fees are non-refundable after the first 7 days following purchase. If you wish to cancel within the first 7 days of an annual membership, please contact us to request a full refund.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance: 50% refund or one-time reschedule (subject to availability).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: No refund. The session will be considered completed.

Meal preparation services require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or after meal preparation has begun, are non-refundable.
Cancellations 30 or more days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 15 days before the event: No refund. Your spot may be transferred to another person with prior written approval from Fit.Done.Well.
In the event Fit.Done.Well. cancels an event or retreat, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
Physical products (resistance bands, exercise sliders, wrist wraps, ankle straps, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
Refunds outside the policies stated above may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Fit.Done.Well. management. To request an exception, please contact us with your order details and the reason for your request.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks for purchases covered by this policy may result in suspension of your account and access to programs and services.
