The information, programs, content, coaching, and services provided by Fit.Done.Well. — including but not limited to fitness training, nutrition guidance, wellness programs, and lifestyle coaching — are intended for general informational and educational purposes only. Fitness and wellness outcomes depend on many individual factors, including but not limited to: current fitness level, consistency of effort, nutrition, sleep, stress levels, genetics, age, and overall health. Any testimonials or results shared on our website represent individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed for all participants.

4. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise and fitness activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury, illness, or in extreme cases, death. By participating in any Fit.Done.Well. program, class, session, retreat, event, or activity (whether in-person or virtual), you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.
